SUMMARY:Seeing Things Whole (STW) Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Seeing Things Whole (STW) is a community of organization leaders\, scholars and educators dedicated to exploring the intersection of values\, organizational life and performance. Augsburg is now the permanent home for the Seeing Things Whole and there will be a workshop on August 22 and 23 to learn more about this. Day One: Tuesday\, August 22 (from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.) features an introduction to STW's core theory and hands-on experience with several resources in STW's Whole People\, Whole Leaders series. During the evening of Day One\, participants will be invited to serve as temporary trustees in a Seeing Things Whole Organization RoundTable where they will use STW's approach to resource a leader around a real-time challenge facing their organization. Day Two: Wednesday\, August 23 (from 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m.) will offer participants an entry-level training to the facilitation of STW RoundTables with attention to preparation\, facilitation and follow-up phases of a roundtable session.
